Sunday afternoon, December 21, 2008, the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Update log-in procedure was updated to it's latest release. This release includes a change to User Accounts replacing the TPIN log-in formerly in use. Neither CCRXML nor BPN format CCR extracts have new versions with this release. The most recent changes are documented on-line to further fill you in on the change at Release Notes Posted: 12/12/2008 Eastern Time
